Jeff graduated from the University of Maryland in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. As an undergraduate, Jeffrey worked as a science and technology beat reporter for The Diamondback, a webmaster and section editor for Unwind Magazine, and an online media intern for ESPN 980.

After Maryland, Jeff attended Brooklyn Law School, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and competed in a national labor and employment law competition. Jeff was also a notes and comments editor for the Journal of Law and Policy. While in law school, Jeff became familiar with a variety of practice areas through internships at the New York City Law Department, Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, New York City Business Integrity Commission, and the Law Office of Michael Kalmus. Jeff also worked as student counsel for the Brooklyn Law Incubator and Policy Clinic, where he assisted emerging companies with corporate, contract, and intellectual property matters.

Upon graduating from Brooklyn Law School, Jeff worked for over three years as an assistant district attorney in the Bronx. There, Jeff was responsible for prosecuting violent, vehicular, and economic crimes. He tried numerous cases to verdict as the first-chair and presented dozens of cases to the grand jury. Jeff credits his time at the District Attorney’s Office with providing him invaluable experience in managing a large caseload while giving individualized care and attention to the particular issues and people involved with each case.

Jeff started as a litigation associate at Giordano Glaws & Fenstermacher LLP in 2016. Jeff primarily works on defending premise liability, auto accident, and Labor Law cases. Jeff handles all aspects of litigation, including depositions, discovery matters, substantive motion practice, alternate dispute resolution, and trial work. Additionally, Jeff represents clients in a variety of regulatory cases, including fire code, recycling, sanitation, and environmental matters. Jeff is licensed to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
